Asian Conference of Clinical Pharmacy follows the publication ethics guideline recommended by International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE, http://www.icmje.org/) and Committee of on Publication Ethics (COPE, https://publicationethics.org/).

• All submitted manuscripts should be original. The manuscript should not be simultaneously submitted to more than one journal. If the manuscript is overlapped with one already published, it will be considered as a duplication. Duplicate submission is an act of violation of an international copyright laws, ethical conduct, and cost-effective use of resources. When authors submit a manuscript that has already been published or is contained in or closely related to another paper, a notice to authors and the announcement in our journal and to relevant institution will be informed. A penalty regarding the violation will be discussed among the editorial board members.
• Scientific misconducts are not only confined to data fabrication, plagiarism, and purposeful failure to disclose relationship and activities but also failure to publish the results of clinical trials and other human studies a form of scientific misconduct. If any ethical issues mentioned above occur, the editorial board members will review the issue and make a decision according to ethic guidelines.
• When conducting a study with an animal, authors should clarify the standards for the care and use of laboratory animals were followed. According to ICMJE, a suggested guidance on animal research ethics is available from the International Association of veterinary Editors’ Consensus Author Guidelines on Animal Ethics and Welfare (http://www.veteditors.org/consensus-author-guidelines-on-animal-ethics-and-welfare-for-editors).
• If a violation in the publication ethics of journal is detected, the issue should be reported to the editorial board. The editorial board Committee will promptly review and discuss about the issue according to guidelines.
